Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Overview

Paydance is a multi-tenant invoice-workflow platform. Businesses track invoices through approval steps with their contractors. Paydance records the workflow; it does not move money. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Paydance is operated by Nige Ltd, Bath, United Kingdom. Contact: team@paydance.com

Using Paydance

You may use Paydance to track invoices through their approval steps with your contractors. Payment itself happens through your normal payment process — Paydance records the workflow state, not the transfer of funds.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, keeping your access secure, and all activity performed under your account. Each organisation's staff can only see that organisation's data; contractors can only see their own dances.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or forward harmful or abusive content into a tenant's inbound address.

Your content

You retain ownership of the invoices, documents, and messages you create or forward in. You grant us the rights needed to store and process them — including ingesting inbound email via Postmark and storing documents in AWS S3 — to provide the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep Paydance available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.

Liability

Paydance is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
